Job Responsiblities: |
Position reports to Area Manager |

The Restaurant manager must oversee all divisions within the restaurant including equipment and the building. |

Plan, direct and improve day-to-day operational procedures to reachsales targets as well as monitor costs. |

Supervise recruitment and training of restaurant staff to ensure daily operations. |

To maintain excellent customer relationships. |
