Job Responsiblities:

Position reports to Area Manager

The Restaurant manager must oversee all divisions within the restaurant including equipment and the building.
Plan, direct and improve day-to-day operational procedures to reachsales targets as well as monitor costs.
Supervise recruitment and training of restaurant staff to ensure daily operations.
To maintain excellent customer relationships.

Minimum of three years experience as a Sous Chef or Executive Chef from reputable company
Ability to manage multiple outlets (banquets, delivery, catering, main dining kitchen)

Proactive in identifying problems and creating sustainable solutions
Eager to contribute to building the company.

Job Responsiblities:

Position reports to Restaurant Manager - The Head Chef is responsible for and must oversee all operations within the kitchen. This includes:

Open or Close the kitchen
Effectively communicate and connect with team members and guests alike
Maintaining kitchen cleanliness standards
Train and Develop kitchen team members
Lead with Passion and by Example
Manage production in main/banquet kitchens
Maintain all menus and recipes used in the restaurant
